TERMS OF SERVICE

WILL DO:

heavily pref female!
female, male, nonbinary, etc
ocs / fan-chars / fan art
anthro / furry
nsfw / nudity
couples (ask!)
real people (stylized)

WON'T DO:

extreme complex designs or backgrounds (ask!)
harmful/hateful subjects
extreme kinks
realism
feral

BASIC RULES:

by commissioning me, you agree to these terms!

payments for commissions are done upfront and in USD.
prices listed are base prices and i may charge extra depending on complexity of the request
if out of budget, please don't hesitate to let me know and we can work out a payment plan if commission exceeds a certain amount!
wips will be provided for the sketch phase automatically for approval. after that, wips will be provided for the lines/flats for final changes!
i reserve the right to decline any commission.
nsfw commissions will have an additional fee.
if you wish to remain anonymous or not have your artwork posted, please let me know.
private commissions will have an extra fee.
commission openings will always be announced on my social media. (twitter/dA at the least)
you will receive a high-res and low-res of the finished piece, the high-res is for YOUR private use only and not to be publicly posted. the low-res version is meant for posting online. this protects both you, and me.
i do not want my work associated in any capacity with you if you support pro-ship or harmful subjects. i reserve my right to turn down work or refund if i find you support it.
i do not allow NFT or crypto usage of my work. period.

USAGE:

i reserve the right as the creator of the finished artwork.
i retain the right to edit, crop, and modify your piece for posting in my gallery / promotion or samples for future work.
you, the client, have the right to post your finished piece on your personal accounts, crop for an icon or use as a reference.
when posting, you must give me proper credit.
you however, may not remove or edit my signature (besides moving it to still be visible when cropping) or use it in anyway to profit off of.
i do not allowing any commercial usage of my artwork unless previously discussed and agreed upon. (Merch/Prints)
i do allow you to print and use your commission for personal use!

REFUNDS:

refunds are possible, as long as the commission hasn't been completed yet. i do not do refunds on finished artwork.
if not started, full refunds are available.
if progress has been made, depending on how much, only partial refunds are available.

RUSH/DEADLINE:

deadline/rush commissions are possible, but there will be an extra fee depending on how soon the deadline is. this will vary, so i cannot provide a number, but please contact me for more info if this is what you need.
